Generator Mode

Dimensions & Basic Shape

Overall vertical height of the lampshade.
Radius just below the fixed flat top section (> 50mm).
Radius at the widest point at the bottom opening.
Thickness of the lampshade walls.
Number of segments used for curves (higher = smoother).
Top Outer Dia: 120mm (Fixed)
Radius of the central hole in the flat top (5-58mm).
Adds an inward lip around the top hole.
How far the top lip extends inwards.
Closes the bottom opening with a solid cap.
Controls the horizontal position of the profile curve handle (0=straight).
Controls the vertical position of the profile curve handle.
Twists the shade around its vertical axis.

Note: Modifiers are applied sequentially.

Amplitude of vertical waves on the surface.
Number of vertical waves along the height.
Makes the shade bulge outwards/inwards at certain angles (radius multiplier).
Number of bulges around the circumference.
Rotates the starting position of the angular bulges.
Adds vertical ribs (+) or grooves (-) by offsetting the radius.
Number of ribs/grooves around the circumference (must be even).
Controls the transition sharpness of the ribs (0.1=smooth, 1=sharp).
Adds random bumps/distortions to the surface.
Maximum displacement distance caused by noise.
Controls the size/frequency of the noise pattern.
Creates apparent holes by displacing vertices inwards based on a pattern.
How far vertices move inwards to create holes (1=touch center).
Pattern value cutoff to create holes (lower=more/larger holes).
Controls the vertical frequency/size of the mesh pattern.
Controls the angular frequency/size of the mesh pattern.

Visuals (Preview Only)

Sets the base color of the light fixture in the preview.
Material roughness (0=shiny, 1=matte).
Metallic appearance (0=plastic/dielectric, 1=metal).
Transparency of the material (1=opaque).
Displays the underlying geometry lines.
